  • Pregnancy Yoga

    This 60 minute class is available to all pregnant people from 14 weeks until full term. It is tailored to relieve Pregnancy overwhelm and anxiety. Please read the online advice before you practice.

  • Gentle hatha Yoga

    Gentle Hatha Yoga

    This 60 minute class will gently stretch & strengthen the body whilst calming the mind. Includes physical Yoga postures, breath & relaxation. It is suitable for beginners but always check with your doctor if you are unsure.

  • Meno Yoga for stress

    MenoYoga

    Try out this gentle beginners Yoga taster class offers Yoga support for stress - especially if you are going through peri and post menopause. It is suitable for beginners, but do check with a doctor if you are unsure.

  • Postnatal Yoga

    Yoga with Baby

    This gentle postnatal Yoga class for new parents and babies. Fit it in when baby is bright & alert - pause as many times as you wish. Please wait until after your 6-8 week postnatal check, or later if you have had a caesarian/3rd stage tearing (about 10 weeks or when it feels right - if in doubt, ask your doctor).

    A dedicated Yoga class for anyone Trying To Conceive, whether naturally or with ART, Yoga can be really helpful for you and your partner. We aim to harmonise all systems of the body - hormones, digestion, menstrual cycle, energise and stimulate the pelvic area and soothe the nervous system. Suitable for beginners (but not after implantation). Do check with your doctor if you are unsure.
