Bespoke sessions can be for any stage of life, including pregnancy. They are tailored to your individual needs on any particular day. Structured instruction will help you find focus and progression in your Yoga practice.
Typical 1 hour sessions will include pranayama, asana, meditation, sound and nidra - and will include a plan to follow on your own.
