With over a decade of experience, Naomi has supported hundreds of expectant parents since 2010. As a mother of three, she brings warmth, wisdom, and a deep understanding of the journey ahead. Whether you're new to Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome here—no matter your flexibility or experience.

Each class is uniquely shaped by the energy and needs of the group, ensuring a supportive and personalized experience. Everything can be adapted to suit your body and your journey—whether you're navigating pregnancy or dealing with challenges like PGP, SPD, sciatica, SI joint instability, hypermobility, low-level anxiety or depression, carpal tunnel, or blood pressure fluctuations (to name just a few!). No matter what, you’ll find a safe, welcoming space where you can move with confidence and comfort.

You’ll be fully supported throughout this magical, life-changing journey—both in class and beyond! Gain access to audio, video, and written materials for home practice whenever you need them, and join our friendly WhatsApp support group for extra connection and guidance. Many parents also build incredible, lifelong friendships here, continuing to meet up and support each other long after their babies are born.
