If you are feeling a bit Meh!? A bit out of sorts!? Hormones a bit all over the place! Things not quite the same as before physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually?
MenoYoga is friendly Yoga group that meet to support each other as we go through this amazingly transformative experience of Peri-Menopause, through to Post-Menopause.
Like getting your first period, or passing through the years of your blood/moon cycle, Menopause is every womans' right of passage. It effects us all in different ways, and there is no getting away from it!
For some this time can be quite straight forward and for others, it turns everything upside down! Menopause can have have a huge impact on your everyday life: de-stabilising health, work, relationships and your sense of Self.

Woman’s Wellness Massage
This beautiful bespoke massage experience will support your wellbeing on every level - body, mind and soul - on any particular day or time in your life and is especially beneficial during peri and post-menopause.
We will focus on specific areas to relieve tension using hands-on soft tissue techniques - neck, back, shoulders and head - or the body as a whole. We can bring balance to the digestive system, wombspace and sacral area and gently ease stiffness in the hips and glutes - rocking with a rebozo Mexican cloth. We can wrap, bind and hold you, to soothe the nervous system, helping to process any anxiety or stress. The healing Tibetan Goddess singing bowl will be placed on you, so that the vibrations flow wherever they are needed, whilst you release and relax.60 minutes is the minimum - 90 mins recommended!
Great for everyday wellness and perimenopause/postmenopause symptoms.

Bespoke sessions can be for any stage of life, including the peri-menopasue period. They are tailored to your individual needs on any particular day. Structured instruction will help you find focus and progression in your Yoga practice.
Typical 1 hour sessions will include pranayama, asana, meditation, sound and nidra - and will include a plan to follow on your own.
